Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Fillyboo online purchase!
If your order is not quite right our customer service team are here to assist you with your return.
Please note the return options below.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
All items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or credit note.
SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODES AND TRUNK SHOW ITEMS
All items purchased with a sale discount or using a promotional sale code can be returned for a store credit. This includes items purchased using our first order discount code.
All items purchased as part of a made to order trunk show can be returned for a store credit.
Fillyboo is not able to process size exchanges. Please request a store credit then use this to place a new order.
Fillyboo will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 5 days of your order being delivered.
- Items must be returned to Fillyboo within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Hygiene strips for swim and lingerie items must be in tact.
- Returned items must be packaged neatly, folded into protective packaging before being sealed inside postal satchels. Items that arrive unprotected and/or without care taken in packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
- Orders placed using an existing store credit can only be returned for a store credit.
Please try on the item/s in your order as quickly as possible after it arrives to ensure that you are able to return items within the returns time frame.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a traceable postal service as return parcels are the responsibility of the customer until received by Fillyboo.
If you would like to return an item from a Fillyboo order, please follow these steps.
STEP 1. Email exchanges@fillyboo.com within 5 days of your order being delivered.
Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.
Tell us the item that you would like to return and why. Let us know if you would like to return for a refund or for a store credit.
STEP 2. Receive your return information.
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre-filled returns form and instructions on where to send your Fillyboo item.
Returns must be received within 14 days from when you received returning instructions.
Returns for store credit can be received in Los Angeles, USA or Sydney, Australia.
Returns for a refund can only be received in Sydney, Australia.
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. Please ensure that garments are placed inside protective packaging (eg poly bag) inside the mailing satchel or box.
Returns that are received that do not comply with the above instructions may not be eligible for a full refund.
STEP 3. Return finalized.
Once your return is received and checked by us, your store credit note or refund will be issued as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days after your return has been delivered for your store credit or refund to be processed.
Please note that subsequent orders placed using a store credit may be subject to shipping fees.
